How much does Fox Eye Lift treatment cost?

Fox Eye Lift treatment starts from £500 depending on the scale and area of the body. The best way to obtain a comprehensive quote and guidance on how successful the treatment may be is to book a consultation with a Doctor at our CQC medical registered clinic Derma Revive Skin.

Please note consultation fee with the Doctor is £100 (redeemable against treatment).

What Are Fox Eye Threads?

The fox eye thread lift, also called a fox eye / brow  lift or thread lift, is a non-surgical procedure that uses threads to lift the area around the eyes by raising the brow’s outer edge. The primary goal of the fox eye thread lift is to lift and reshape the eyes, resulting in a more elongated and almond-shaped appearance.

How Does A Fox Eye Lift Work?

The fox eye lift uses special threads to lift and reposition the area around the eyes, particularly the outer corners and eyebrows.

During the Fox Eye Lift, a thin needle is carefully inserted beneath the skin with dissolvable threads made of materials like polydioxanone (PDO). These threads have small cones along their length that help to anchor them in place. Once inserted, the threads are gently pulled to lift the targeted areas of the face.

The lifting effect achieved by the threads helps elevate the eyes’ outer corners, resulting in a more lifted and elongated appearance. The procedure can also address sagging skin and improve the overall shape of the eyebrows.

Over time, the threads naturally dissolve within the body, but their lifting effect remains. This is because the threads stimulate collagen production, which helps to maintain an improved appearance.

Benefits of Fox Eye Threads

The fox eye thread lift offers several potential benefits for those seeking to enhance their eye appearance, such as:

Collagen Stimulation

Collagen is a protein that contributes to the skin’s structure and elasticity, enhancing texture and firmness. The threads used in the fox eye lift treatment promote collagen production in the targeted area, encouraging gradual improvements in the treated area’s skin quality and resilience.

Natural-looking Outcome

When performed by a skilled and experienced professional, the fox eye thread can provide natural-looking results. The gradual lift and collagen stimulation contribute to a more subtle and harmonious enhancement of the eye area.

Tailored Results

The procedure can be tailored to meet individual preferences and needs. The placement and tension of the threads can be adjusted to achieve the desired level of lift and contour, allowing for personalised results.

Non-surgical

Unlike traditional surgical procedures like brow lifts or facelifts, the fox eye thread lift is a non-surgical option. This means there is no need for large incisions, extensive downtime, or general anaesthesia, resulting in a quicker and easier recovery.

Eye Rejuvenation

The procedure can effectively rejuvenate the eyes by lifting and reshaping the eye area, giving a more youthful and refreshed look. It can address concerns such as sagging skin, droopy eyelids, and a tired appearance.

Minimally Invasive

The procedure involves the insertion of dissolvable threads under the skin, which minimises trauma and reduces the risk of scarring. It is considered a minimally invasive treatment with fewer associated risks compared to more invasive surgical alternatives.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

You should only need to come into the clinic for one treatment session, which should last for 6-12 months until you need the treatment again.

Who Is Suitable For The Fox Eye Thread Lift?

The fox eye thread lift is suitable for individuals over the age of 18 who want a solution for eye concerns such as:

  • Hooded lids (heavy eyelids which can develop with age to create a more ‘awake’ and refreshed eye area)
  • A heavy brow
  • Asymmetry

The Fox Eye Thread Lift Process

Step 1. Preparation

Before we undertake the fox eye lift, we always invite you to an initial consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to ask you a few questions about your health and lifestyle so that we can ensure that the fox eye thread lift is suitable for you. A thorough consultation is performed for all our clients, including a history of previous treatments, current medication and allergies.

Step 2. Treatment

Before the treatment, a topical numbing agent and a local anaesthetic will be applied to the treatment site. The anaesthesia will help reduce any pain and discomfort, making your experience even more comfortable.

Once the areas are numb, a thread is inserted under the skin, which is tightened to lift the brow. These threads have cones that anchor into your skin, and the cones then stimulate the body’s collagen production over the next few months. This will leave you with a lifted appearance around your eyebrows.

Step 3. Aftercare

The fox eye lift treatment has minimal recovery time, but you can make sure you get the best results by following these instructions:

  • Apply ice to the treated area for a few minutes 4-5 times daily for the first week if you experience bruising or swelling.
  • It is recommended not to do any vigorous exercise until the thread sites have healed properly.
  • Take painkillers and NSAIDs if directed by the doctor; this will help reduce any swelling or pain.
  • Do not chew gum for at least 2 weeks after your treatment.
  • Don’t pull your facial skin, massage, scrub or exfoliate the skin for at least 3 weeks.
  • Do not wash or touch your face for at least 12 hours.
  • Follow the care guidelines that our doctor gives you regarding incision wounds.
  • Sleep on your back to prevent swelling, and avoid straining or placing pressure on your face, as it may result in misalignment.
