Premier Laser & Skin Clinic was founded by Lucy Xu and Begona with a simple vision: to provide advanced aesthetic treatments using the latest technology, delivered with honesty, expertise and exceptional patient care.
Lucy personally treated the clinic’s very first client and continues to play an active role within the business today. As Managing Director, she oversees the clinic’s clinical standards, practitioner training and long-term development while still treating patients herself.
Her hands-on involvement ensures every clinic maintains the same high standards of safety, professionalism and personalised care that Premier Laser & Skin Clinic was built upon.

With over 11 years of surgical experience and 6+ years specialising in aesthetic medicine, Dr Karl is an experienced Aesthetic Doctor & Surgeon known for his expertise in facial design and injectables.
Dr Deniz Kanliada, “The Nose King,” is an award-winning Facial Cosmetic Surgeon with 14+ years’ experience and 2,000+ surgeries. Featured on Channel 4 & 5, he’s a Safety in Beauty award winner for surgical excellence.
Ramin is a medically qualified aesthetic injector and pharmacist with years of experience in facial injectables. He works across the NHS and private practice, delivering natural, non-surgical results.
Dr Niarah Ahmad is an NHS Dermatology doctor with a background in general medicine and surgery, and a Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine.
