Meet Leila
Leila Kattach is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Independent Nurse Prescriber, and dermatology specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience, including more than a decade working within aesthetic medicine, advanced skin rejuvenation, inflammatory skin disease, and skin cancer care. Alongside her private clinical practice, she holds a senior role within the NHS and remains actively involved in academic research and service development.
Leila specialises in advanced injectable treatments, biostimulatory and skin booster treatments, microneedling, tailored mesotherapy combined with microneedling, medical-grade skin treatments, tailored chemical peels, and the removal of benign skin lesions including seborrhoeic keratoses. Her clinical approach combines detailed skin assessment, evidence-based practice, and personalised treatment planning to achieve natural and balanced outcomes while maintaining patient safety at the centre of care. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing, an MSc in Specialist Nursing Practice, and an MSc in Clinical Dermatology, and is currently undertaking doctoral research focused on skin cancer service delivery and advanced nursing practice.
Leila is the Research Lead for the British Association of Skin Cancer Specialist Nurses and Chair of the Skin Cancer Specialist Interest Committee subgroup. She is also a nurse educator and clinical trainer in photodynamic therapy treatment.
