This unique service is available to you from 9am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9am-6pm on weekends.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your call will be answered by a specialist treatment advisor within 30 seconds. Your advisor will then be on hand to answer all of your queries, discuss the treatments you may be interested in and the consultation process. Your advisor will assist you to find your closest Premier Laser & Skin clinic and book you in for your initial consultation.

AFTER YOUR CALL

Following your call you will be sent a follow up email to confirm the details of your appointment, directions to the clinic and any further help you need. Your advisor can be contacted to answer any further queries you have in the lead up to your consultation.

BEFORE YOUR CONSULTATION

The day before your consultation you will be contacted by our Premier Laser & Skin Clinic Manager to confirm your appointment and introduce themselves.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

When you arrive at the clinic you will be met by a highly trained Front of House team member. You will be given consultation forms to fill in, including a medical history form, which will then be given to your Premier Laser & Skin Practitioner when they take you in for your consultation.
