Starting your journey with us

Following receiving your booking confirmation, whether you are seeking to improve your skin health, address signs of ageing, pigmentation issues, excessive hair, or enhance your body confidence, Premier Laser & Skin is here to provide expert care and superior results.

 

Your First Appointment

Upon arrival at the clinic, you will be greeted by our clinic manager and given a medical questionnaire to complete. Please provide as much information about yourself as possible, as this will help us better understand your health and the options we can offer you. Once completed, your practitioner will review your questionnaire before inviting you in for your consultation.

Consultation

All new clients are required to attend a complimentary consultation before any treatment. Our practitioners, each with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in aesthetics and skincare, are experts in their field. Our skin experts will tailor a treatment plan to meet your skin needs and goals.

During your consultation, we will assess your skin or hair depending on the nature of the consultation and perform a patch test if necessary. Our consultants will discuss your skin goals and create a treatment plan suitable for your needs.

Consent Process

We deliver safe, effective, and prompt treatments for all our clients, focusing on providing clear information to help you make an informed decision about your treatment. Prior to your appointment, you will receive detailed information about the treatment via email.

At your treatment appointment, your consultant will explain the procedure and answer any questions you may have. If you are happy to proceed, you will be asked to sign a consent form indicating that you have read and understood the information provided.

Patch-Testing

All laser hair removal treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before treatment. A patch test involves a few pulses of the laser on the treated area to identify an effective treatment level for you and ensure the settings are suitable for your skin. The patch test also allows you to experience the laser treatment and gives you an idea of what to expect in terms of recovery. The patch test is performed on the day of your complimentary consultation, after which you can book your appointment.

Same Day Treatments

We encourage all clients to have a complimentary consultation prior to treatment. This allows you to absorb the information provided and feel confident when starting your journey with us at Premier Laser & Skin. For laser hair removal consultations, all clients must be patch tested at least 48 hours before treatment to ensure no reaction and that the laser is suitable for their skin. Your booking confirmation will include details of the patch test and consultation requirements.

Some treatments, such as HydraFacial, CoolSculpting, and DermaPen, can be performed on the same day as the consultation.

Aftercare

At Premier Laser & Skin, we aim to make you feel comfortable and supported throughout your treatment journey with us. After your treatment, we will provide you with useful information about how to care for the treated area, recommend home care products (as needed), and follow up with calls after your treatment. Our customer service team is available 7 days a week to assist and answer any questions you may have before or after treatment.
